Kitchen T.L.C. is an artisan chocolate and loose leaf tea boutique in Bozeman, Montana near the famous Big Sky vacation area. New products roll out regularly and new flavor combinations are developed weekly - our creativity is hard to contain! Our products are each crafted tenderly by hand in single units or small batches. Great care is taken to assure that only the highest quality ingredients, often locally obtained and organic, are used in our wonderful treats. Kitchen T.L.C.'s founder, Theresa Thielemann, has always loved to cook and bake. She is well known in her Montana community for her delicious scones, irresistible cookies, freshly blended loose leaf teas and tasty confections. What started as a neighborly gesture of sharing some freshly baked scones soon turned into a demand for scrumptious scones for a mountain ski resort coffee shop, birthday treats for business offices, delicious desserts, client gifts, unique consumable presents and fabulous souvenirs from the Big Sky vacation area.

As her children grew and became involved in many sports, teams, church organizations and other school activities, Kitchen T.L.C.'s founder discovered she was being pulled into numerous fundraising activities - and they all seemed to be about the same. She found it frustrating to see quality organizations struggle to remain afloat financially and decided to find a fun and unique way to contribute to the community and her children's causes. With an innovative fundraising program called "Yum$Raising," non profit organizations and raise money in a variety of ways - sometimes effortlessly! Combining her love of cooking, marketing and fundraising skills with the urging and support of friends and family, Theresa developed the 2lb Truffle.

The company was founded, in part, to help local children's clubs and organizations raise money through an innovative approach called Yum$Raising. Since then, Kitchen TLC has proudly helped many non-profits raise money, in a sweet way! We are proud to announce our latest program working with the Central Asia Institute, the non-profit behind Greg Mortenson's efforts to promote education and literacy, especially for girls. If you haven't already read "Three Cups of Tea," do so very soon and you will see why we are inspired to help. Greg's latest book, "Stones Into Schools," was released in early December.
