Robin Carter mixes up intriguing Just Simply Good Stuff! dry rubs and spice blends at her commercial kitchen based in Sagle, Idaho just minutes from Sandpoint, Idaho and beautiful Lake Pend Oreille.

Robin decided when she turned 50 she wanted to continue living in north Idaho and start a business doing what she loved...that was cooking. Having no formal training she just "went for it" knowing it was now or never as the saying goes.

In the quest to discover her own blend of spice for dry rubs, meats, wild game, fish and poultry that wouldn't drown the flavors in a thick sauce. She came up with very distinctive blends of spices, peppers and herbs with exotic and sometimes fiery tastes that not only compliment each other but also the dishes they are meant for.

Part of the criteria involved in starting her Inland Northwest company was that the product had to be unique, tasty, light weight, easy and affordable to ship... voila a business was born!

Just Simply Good Stuff! also offers bulk spice available in many varieties like garlic granules & powder,onion granules & powder, smoked paprika, coarse black pepper and many more to choose from. And our popular house blends such as garlic pepper & sea salt, seasoned sea salt, southwest chipotle blend as well as bulk chile powders & granules, hard to find ancho chile powder, chile de arbol, habanero and pequin just to name a few.

Our chiles are grown naturally in the southwest without any genetic modification, pesticides, additives anti-caking agents or color enhancers. You'll also find sweet or savory dry flavors like worcestershire powder, horsradish powder, tomato, lemon, lime, honey, cinnamon butter, sweet roll & danish and vanilla to really perk up your cakes, cookies and pastry baking! To ensure the freshest flavors we order spices and chiles in smaller quantities so they're delivered to our customers as fresh as we can possibly send them. You can purchase our bulk products in sizes from 1 ounce up to several pounds packed fresh in reclosable bags. You can also store them in the freezer to prolong that freshness for months.

At Just Simply Good Stuff! dry rubs & seasonings are created from our own secret recipes. We choose individual herbs and spices that will compliment not only each other but the dishes they are meant for. We then grind and mix them into our "one of a kind" seasonings.
