Ely Farms is a small specialty food farm located in southeast Nebraska just outside of the small town of Grafton. Ely Farm's unique taste for specialty foods is evident through the products they have developed. We continue to produce fresh asparagus and fresh bell peppers, as well as Ely Farms Pickled Asparagus and Ely Farms Pickled Bell Peppers. Our pickled asparagus and pickled bell peppers are hand processed in our canning facility located on our farm. We believe that our products are unique, like the Ely Farms story. We continue to strive to produce quality fresh produce and pickled products to serve you, our customer.
