We are asked all the time, “How did you come up with this idea?” Well, we were sitting around one evening back in 2004, discussing how the seeds and hull from popcorn can cause serious digestive problems with some people. The conversation turned into a discussion on how we could make a great tasting, healthy snacks that’s excellent for all hearty dips. Being from Nebraska and surrounded by corn, it was a no-brainer to concept a corn-based snack. After playing around for a few years, we were able to perfect the process of grinding non-GMO whole white corn, and molding it with a little heat we created the famous “Corn Stick.” What’s great about this snack is it doesn’t have added oils, salt, sugar or preservatives, and it pairs well with practically any kind of dip or topping you could think of. From cream cheese to salsa to peanut butter and even chocolate, Corn Sticks are incredibly versatile and make a great snack for any occasion!
